Warehousing and Stock Management

We have a state-of-the-art fulfillment warehouse located in the UK. Our warehouse is staffed by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that your products are handled with the utmost care and attention. We offer a range of fulfilment services, including storage, pick and pack, and product re-working.

Our Fulfilment Process

Receipt of goods

When a new item comes into us, each SKU is allocated a storage area, shelf, or pallet, organised by SKU and the warehouse management team documented onto our inventory management system. A stock delivery note is provided, speed and efficiency is key.

Warehousing

After the SKU is stored and recorded, the next step is to use the organised products to fulfil our clients’ orders. Stock levels are monitored to ensure they are replenished in time to prevent stockouts.

Assembly & Co-Packing

When a project commences, we work to the agreed stock load up from which we retrieve the products and prepare them for packing. Once the fulfilment of a display is underway we provide images for approval before commencing the full stock loading, then provide further images once the project is packaged into outer cartons and preparing for distribution.

Pick & Packing

An agreed pick and packing list is generated. From which we retrieve the stored SKUs and prepare them for packing. We work with stock packaging items or can manufacture bespoke custom outer cartons and packaging elements if required. Your packaged items will be out the door in no time.

Reworking & Labelling

If you have products that needs to be repackaged or labelled then look no further. We can produce any size or shape label and produce packaging to suit products that need re-working. Be in touch to discuss your specifications.

Shipping

The last step in process is shipping. Your finished item will be labelled, prepared and palletised to meet the recipients’ guidelines, then signed delivery notes and or proof of delivery are supplied. So, our clients confirm the delivery details, we take care of the logistics. Sorted!
